Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Precision Works Group Vendor Portal (the "portal"). Precision Works Group is the group behind Lindsey Doors, Cabinets by Precision and Opal & Ridge, based in Southern California. We use the portal to send briefs to the designers, photographers, developers and other creative suppliers who work for us, and to receive their work back.
The portal is invite-only. It is not a public service and is not meant for children.
What we collect
- Your Google sign-in details. When you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to recognise you and let you in. We never see your Google password, and we do not ask Google for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else.
- What you send us through the portal. Files you upload, links you paste (for example a Google Drive folder you have shared), your messages and answers to questions, and invoices you attach.
- Basic activity records. When you signed in, and when things were uploaded, sent, approved or changed, so both sides can see the history of a brief.
How we use it
- To show you the briefs we have sent you, and only those.
- To review, approve and use the work you deliver, as agreed in each brief.
- To keep a record of questions, decisions, deliveries and payments for each job.
- Translation. If you switch the portal to another language, the text of briefs and messages is sent to Google Cloud Translation to be translated. Translations are stored so the same text is not sent again.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside Precision Works Group except the service providers that run the portal for us.
Where it is stored
The portal runs on Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in, hosted in the United States) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Translation uses Google Cloud. These providers process the information only to run the service for us.
Who can see it
Only the Precision Works Group owners and managers who send and review briefs. Other vendors cannot see your briefs, files or messages.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs, deliveries and their history for as long as we need them for the work and our business records. If your access is turned off, you can no longer sign in, and you can ask us to delete your account details at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Remove the portal's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings, under "Third-party apps and services".
